You are sick of your neighbor and his parties so you decide to tear down him, his party and his house. Unfortunately your intense rage will cause your heart to fail after 20 seconds, so you better start moving! Cause as much chaos to the party as possible within given time, also don't kill people, we wouldn't want to go to jail again now, would we?
